Our client is a well established Brokerage Firm located in Mississauga and now looking to add to their great team.
Technical service representative –personal lines role – full time position to assist team of account managers
· preference to a RIBO licensed individual but will consider a non licensed candidate active in insurance industry role for at least 2 years
· insurer portal entry and Epic applied system an asset
· report claims to insurer when received from account manager
· familiar with use of Compu quote
· follow up for outstanding premiums on accounts and input details into insurer portals
· reliable, attention to detail individual
· hybrid role – 2 days in the office with team however full in office available
