2 Personal Lines CSR positions available now:

1 to assist the Owner with their book of business. The other to assist the producers.

Our client is a full service insurance brokerage offering a broad array of property, casualty, life, health and investment products and services to the residents of Ontario.  They offer customers a choice of high quality insurance products from a number of reputable and financially secure insurance companies in a friendly and courteous environment.

Experience required:

Experience working with Broker Management Systems such as Powerbroker/SIGXP

Experience with insurance company Portals Aviva, Intact, Wawanesa, Jevco, Economical, Pembridge, Gore, processing changes, vehicle substitutions, policy change

Experience with re-marketing clients on renewal where required

Servicing and up-selling client’s products

Cross selling

Speaking to insurance company’s underwriters, billing departments

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment

 

Salary- $45-$50K per year, plus individual benefits

Flexible work hours 10-6pm, 9:30-5:30pm or 11-7pm

Credit of $500.00 toward successfully passing an accredited insurance course i.e CAIB or CIP.
