Personal Lines is a brand new sales vertical for the organization. As a key member of the PL Producers team, you will be integral to the organic growth of of the business.

Primary Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
Generate leads and referrals
Deliver exceptional performance
Be involved with your local community/market
Consistently networking for new leads
Marketing yourself in your community through social media and participating in local community events or trade shows among others
Provide accurate and timely advice to potential or existing customers about their insurance needs
Provide top notch customer experiences
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our key insurer partners and various stakeholders
