They seek an accomplished and driven sales leader with a proven track record in building and elevating the sales environment. Focused on leading a group of sales professionals, operating from various satellite offices, to help them grow and prosper. Individuals with experience in insurance will receive priority when being considered for the position.
The qualified candidate:
• Aids in the development of a sales strategy and business plan to meet growth and profitability targets
• Develops, motivates, and guides a sales team and participates in sales calls and business generation initiatives
• Helps grow business through centers of influence, producer relationships, and recruiting new salespeople
• Is accountable for production and skilled at developing strategies to help prevent underperformance
• Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
• Conducts regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborates with other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer service
• Demonstrates excellence in corporate ambassadorship
• Embraces and thrives in a multi-office setting
• Is analytical and has strategic thinking skills
• Holds a RIBO license
