Full job description
You want to make an impact. As an Bodily Injury/Casualty Claims Adjuster, you’ll leverage your expertise in multiple lines to investigate, negotiate, and settle liability claims (personal, commercial, and auto). You’ll adjust and examine claims documentation while maintaining regular contact and building relationships with our customers to provide a claims experience founded on integrity & urgency. You’ll communicate with insureds, brokers, agents, and vendors to maintain Company’s reputation and service standards.

What you’ll bring to the table:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Claims Adjudication role with a focus on liability (personal, commercial auto) claims.
Applicants with experience in multiple lines of insurance business preferred.
Experience dealing directly with claimant counsel in the negotiation and settlement of claims.
Experience with Guidewire and Bottomline vendor management system.
A drive and eagerness to learn new things.
Familiarity with the P&C Insurance industry and the claims process is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and organize your workload.
The desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, superior customer service skills, excellent time management skills.
Proficient with computer applications including MS Office, with experience in Guidewire an asset.
