PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

A telephony-based role whereby you guide and inform prospective customers on the features and benefits of our insurance products and how they could benefit them. Support the customer through the full onboarding process utilizing strong customer service and sales skills that will see you meet your performance KPI’s which includes meeting all our quality control and compliance standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·       Work directly with customers via telephone using prepared sales scripts in combination with your own ability in listening and speaking to assist customers to purchase the right product or service that meet their needs

·       Educate potential customers on product offerings and service to improve their level of awareness around product features and benefits while answering questions from the customer to build value and create a positive customer relationship

·       Adhere to and meet individual KPI’s/ Objectives and contribute to business and team KPI’s / Objectives around sales performance, quality and productivity

·       Accurately record sales data and client information in Evolve ➢ Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, products, processes and procedures

·       Provide a strong customer experience by focusing on the customer outcome on every call

·       Ensure products sold are compliant with all GFS quality and compliance standards

·       Engender trust and demonstrate commitment to the team to support and enhance strong team dynamics.

·       Contribute to the team using appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to ensure successful outcomes and the attainment of business objectives.

·       Contribute and be accountable for the achievement of team revenue goals

·       Encourage the team by making process improvement suggestions and by identifying techniques to overcome obstacles which may arise

Position Requirements Essential

• LLQP qualified (Ontario minimum, more provinces an advantage)

• Strong listening skills to identify customer concerns and apply solutions

• Sales experience in any field in excess of 6 months (within financial services preferred)

• Proven capability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional manner

• Confident, positive and an aptitude and passion for sales

• Strong team player

• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed

• Good attention to detail

• Excellent communication and rapport building skills

• Ability to retain information and apply learning

• Ability to embrace and implement regular feedback

• Adaptable to new challenges in the working environment

• Display a high level of resilience

• Confident computing skills

• Experience working within a quality-controlled working environment (i.e., verbal scripting and procedures)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Base Salary 60K + Commission (which can range from $600-$1800/month or higher
Vacation: 4 weeks
Sick & Personal: 10 days
Additional $100/month (transportation Stipend) that employees can put towards whatever they like
Benefits fully paid for by employer and are available from day one
