Qualifications:

• Active RIBO license in good standing
• Minimum 10 years insurance experience (5 years in the Commercial Lines or Personal Lines space of the team lead position)
• Prior leadership experience an asset but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing a small book of business
• Motivating and coaching the respective team
• Providing advice, problem solving and assisting in finding solutions
• Co-ordinating team meetings to discuss coverage changes, workflows, staffing concerns and company initiatives
• Providing office management support to the office manager
• Manage reports for processing accuracy and efficiencies
• Attend management meetings of the department to provide communication to the branch team.
