Our client Brokerage is well established within their community and surrounding areas. In business for many years they are focused on providing excellent service to their customers. Located in Oakville they are looking for a Technical Service Representative – Personal Insurance.

Functions of the Role
The main focus for this skilled Technical Service Representative is to assist our internal client service reps so they can provide our clients with professional customer service.
This individual’s primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Data entry and invoicing transactions
Ensuring accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies, and endorsements
Assisting the department in preparing quotations, proposals, binders and other assignments as may be required
Providing internal clients with prompt, courteous and professional service
Proactively support Personal Lines Account Managers with completing new business submissions and processing renewals
Work closely with team members – including Account Managers, Technical Service Representatives – to process policies with pace
Exceptional attention to detail
Prepare New Business Welcome Kits, liability cards, and binders for clients
Qualities You Bring
1-2 years working experience as a TSR
