Senior Personal Lines Account Manager
Our client is a leading and truly independent insurance brokerage delivering expertise in a full range of products.
They are looking for a full time Senior P/L Account Manager/CSR to join their team. The ideal person for this role needs to be reliable, detail oriented and focused with good computer skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
- Provide support to our team of producers
- Assess risks, generate quotes, process sales, bind coverage and prepare documentation, cross-sell automobiles and property insurance to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
- Process renewals, endorsements, maintain accurate files
- Be familiar with Applied Rating services for quotes and applications
- Experience with various company portals
Qualifications:
o RIBO Licensed
o 10 years experience in Insurance Industry in a Personal Lines CSR capacity
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Attention to detail and accuracy and be able to multi task
o Highly developed customer service skills
o Professional demeanor with clients and colleagues
o Committed team player, independent worker with strong analytical and decision making capabilities
o Has underwriting experience, know how to deal with problem files and find solutions.
o The position will also be involved in assisting management where needed – audits, work on different projects
o Enrolled or working toward CAIB and CIP an asset
