Job Summary: Reporting to the National Director, Operations or team Supervisor, the candidate is a member of the Customer Service team and is responsible for servicing clients within the persona lines division. This individual should be highly motivated; detail oriented and maintains strong communication and relationship building skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
 Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
 Account service including review of documentation for routine policy changes, renewals, cancellations
 Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision making for the client
 Participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
 Preparation of all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, renewal documents, pink slips, binders of insurance etc.
 Quote and write new business within corporate guidelines
 Administration of the client renewal process
 Organization of client documentation
 Other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company

Experience Required:
– Minimum 2 years in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Rep; knowledge of most
major markets
– RIBO Licence required
– EPIC Experience preferred
– University or College Degree/Diploma an asset
– CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
