District Sales Manager – Commercial
· This role is leading a team of Commercial Sales Agents in Ontario
· We are looking in the Mississauga area, but also open to areas more west in Ontario (London, etc.)
· Commercial Insurance sales experience and previous leadership experience is a must for this role
What it’s like to be a District Sales Manager
Our District Sales Managers work hard to provide strategic growth for the region as well as develop, mentor and train a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. They use their expert industry knowledge to maintain and grow key accounts as well as setting up their team for success.
They are passionate about leading teams and realize when everyone succussed Company succussed. Working with the senor leadership team they are responsible for their regions strategic plan, budget and recruitment strategy.

Being an expert in your field
If you have:
Post-Secondary education (College or University)
5 years of experience in insurance
A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
