Personal Lines Customer Service Rep (RIBO Licensed)

Our client is currently looking for a Personal Lines RIBO Licensed Customer Service Rep to join their team. If you are passionate about delivering unsurpassed service, an outstanding team player and thrive in a fast paced environment we would like to hear from you.
Our client Brokers are an established, diverse and friendly large brokerage located in Markham, Ont. A 35 year old family owned insurance brokerage offering competitive compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Providing exceptional day to day customer service to clients – answering client questions, offering advice and addressing concerns
– Processing policy changes
– Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
– Assist and provide support to producers when required
– Claims reporting on behalf of the client
– Renewal reviews and remarketing of policies as required
Qualifications:
– RIBO licensed with minimum 3 yrs Customer Service experience
– Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
– Proficient in the use of computers and applications – working knowledge of CQ, Power Broker and Insurance company portals
– A team player
– Very strong attention to detail
– Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
– Ability to work with little supervision with a sound work ethic
This is a hybrid work environment (2 days work from home, 3 days in office), health and dental plan, 3 personal days, external education & tuition reimbursement programs and free parking
