EXPECTATIONS

Reviews all new business or remarketing that requires in-house underwriting approval.
Underwrites all new business or new applications (remarkets) – follow-ups with Account Manager or Producer where additional information is required. Refers renewal to company underwriter where required.
Processes new policies through upload or company portals.
Reviews endorsement inquiries requiring underwriting assistance and refers to company underwriting when required.
Processes endorsements as required via company portal, email or upload while adhering to insurer and  underwriting authority.
Proactively provides suggestions and tips to the team related to company underwriting.
Provide documents to all companies within the required standard levels
