We’re looking for Personal Lines Account Manager(s)   2 positions available  –  to join a growing team with a brokerage in Brampton, ON. This role will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, helping to promote growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidates will report directly to the Personal Lines Manager.

Responsibilities:

Client Service & Support: Respond quickly and professionally to telephone, email, and fax inquiries while ensuring the highest level of service. Account Management: Review renewals, provide quotes, and remarket policies as necessary to keep the portfolio competitive. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize account growth. Claims & Endorsements: Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed through TAM and company portals. –   Will be moving to EPIC within the calendar year.

Desired Skills:

Desired Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
• R.I.B.O. license required.
• Proficiency in TAM brokerage system is essential.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
