Commercial Insurance Account Executive | Foxquilt

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-starter to join our growing sales team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our Sales leadership, offering your fresh ideas and strategic insights and will be an integral part of building a company that’s making a huge difference in changing Insurance.

Responsibilities:

·       Assess the needs of potential customers and help them navigate new offerings, advising coverages

·       Grow revenue by sourcing leads, converting referrals and inbound new business and managing renewals for commercial business

·       Track contacts through our CRM and suggest ways to improve the overall Sales process and customer experience

·       Grow Foxquilt’s awareness in the Canadian business community by participating at events and conferences

Desired Skills and Experience:

·       You’re a hunter with strong sales skills and have an organized selling process (Quote to Bind)

·       You have a proven track record in sales and have consistently met or exceeded your objectives/targets

·       You’re a highly motivated, optimistic, driven and knowledgeable person

·       You have 2+ years of experience in a sales environment

·       You have a strong acumen of Commercial Insurance products and have your RIBO licence (Required)

·       Experience with Hubspot is considered a plus
