Service of an existing book of personal lines business
SPECIFIC TASKS NEW BUSINESS
Outgoing personality. Self-motivator/starter & must be able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client/Account Manager requests
Ability and desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced, team environment
Accuracy and attention to detail. Time Management
Passion for client service and a career interest in account management
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CompuQuote and Agency Manager (TAM)
Obtain necessary documents when binding new accounts
Request and process required policy changes
Reporting of new claims and following up on existing open claims
Review renewal policies
Remarketing of client coverage’s
Monitor & maintain monthly expiration report
Create Liability Slips when required
Take by phone or email and issue endorsement in company portal
Update policy documents, update TAM
Abeyance for company document
Review for accuracy and send to client with appropriate documentation
