Overview
Technical service representative –personal lines role – full time position to assist team of account managers
Preference to a RIBO licensed individual but will consider a non licensed candidate active in insurance industry role for at least 2 years
Insurer portal entry and Epic applied system an asset
Report claims to insurer when received from account manager
Familiar with use of Compu quote
Follow up for outstanding premiums on accounts and input details into insurer portals
Reliable, attention to detail individual
Hybrid role – 2 days in the office with team however full in office available
