The successful candidate will provide administrative support on new and renewal accounts in partnership with the Commercial Account Representatives to ensure client retention and timely customer service. The incumbent will also assist management with other projects as required.


  • College Diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude is essential
  • RIBO, CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards) would be an asset.
