Reporting to the AVP, Training, Product Development and Translation, this exciting and unique Full-Time opportunity includes the following:


Provide license and sales training to new trainees
Prepare and train sessions “in the field” with Sales Representatives and Leaders
Field Train when not conducting training sessions
Contact and mentor new trainees during their first 13 weeks in the field
Produce tracking reports when contacting new trainees
Help the Director to prepare training agendas
Attend various meetings regarding Licensing and Sales issues
Perform other tasks as required


Active Life Insurance License
Excellent interpersonal skills/strong team leader
Consulting skills, including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with trainees, Agents, Leaders and Executives
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Available for travelling within Canada
Driver’s License and a car
