Overview

The role of the Client Service Broker is to provide assistance to the Account Executive in the servicing of a group of clients. This position also liaises with insurance companies resulting in maintaining and exceeding the service standards of the AJG Ontario Commercial Insurance Department.

Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for managing a more complex mid-market portfolio
Handle day to day client servicing requirements and contribute to new business production.
Responsible for accuracy of policy documents and timely delivery of renewals
The position will include “hands on” communication/negotiation with our clients and underwriters.
This role will include the marketing of new business and the negotiating of renewals for commercial clients
Prepare all necessary insurance and administrative documentation for clients.
Perform the needed internal support for Producers, Accounting Department and others.
Maintain organized up to date client files.
Handle day-to-day client file activity on behalf of the Commercial Account Executive
Ability to work with Commercial Account Executives to identify client exposures and recommend insurance coverage options

Requirements
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polished client service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Tech savvy with the ability to work in a paperless environment
Minimum 5 years related experience with R.I.B.O license in good standing
Knowledge of EPIC an asset but not required.
College or University degree CIP, CRM or CAIB designation or working towards
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
