Our client is mid-sized Insurance Brokerage firm located in the Oakville area.

Current RIBO license
Working knowledge of  The Agency Manager (TAM) system
Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong customer service experience
2-5 years’ experience working a variety of insurers
High performance team player
Great rapport skills and efficiency
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Strong negotiation skills
Superior proactive follow up
Strong problem resolution skills
Excellent organization skills
Key Responsibilities:

Work on a Personal Lines portfolio of clients
Source for product information, service inquiries and communication on policy changes
Processing service requests and policy changes
Identify opportunities for account growth; promote account rounding and up selling
Offer customers value added services
Day to day interaction with existing clients
Remarketing
Maintain accurate up to date files and documentation
Order reports
Send documentation to clients
Complete customer-satisfaction calls
