2+ years’ insurance experience
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must have ability to stay calm in high stressful situations.
A team player and positive business attitude.
Must be Effective –excellent in time management, prioritizing and organizational skills
Must be Motivated-a quick learner and ability to adapt to change.
Must be Professional-excellent business attitude and able to meet deadlines.
Proficient in reporting on the Agency Manager System (TAM), Internet and Microsoft Office-Word, Outlook and Excel applications
Prepares and issues Contract Surety Bonds, review and proof read specifications to verify requested documents.
Upload and sign Electronic Bonds, Process bond transactions etc.
Sign Bonds on behalf of Surety Company by having Power of Attorney
Liaise with underwriters, clients and brokers.
Other miscellaneous administrative and clerical functions as required from time to time.
