In this role, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to customers in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system. You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality. Also, in conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures, and special projects.

Please note, we have both contract and full-time permanent opportunities available for this location.
Job Requirements:
As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum post-secondary education. You have obtained your OTL and have a minimum of 3 year insurance sales experience with demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills.
